I GOT JOB AT NASA!!!

The photo on the left is me on the first day of my very first internship at NASA in June of 2017, not knowing where that adventure would take me. The photo on the right is me nearly two years later on the first day of my post-graduation job — at NASA!

I work as a contractor Media / Social Media Specialist for NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas! If you follow NASA Johnson Space Center and the International Space Station’s Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts, then you’ll already have seen some of my work!

I’ve actually been working for the past few weeks and just been soaking it all up. So far I love my team, the work we’re doing, and being back at JSC and Houston. Thank you to everyone who has followed along and supported my journey.

I’m sure that there is more to come about how I got my job, tips for finding a job, etc., if ya’ll are actually interested in seeing posts like that. If you have any specific questions about NASA, working at NASA and getting a job at NASA, please let me know in the comments below and I will either answer them there or create a separate blog post about it.
